As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Clay specializes in the sale and marketing of apartments in Southern California. He is a multi-family Senior Investments Associate, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, & repositioning of commercial assets in West Los Angeles, Hollywood, Mid-Wilshire, University Park & surrounding Los Angeles areas.

 

A California native, Clay McCurdy was born and raised in Carmel before moving to Los Angeles. As his love for the city of Los Angeles grew so did his interest and attention to real estate. First learning

about real estate from his grandfather and sales from his father, he is following in a tradition of brokerage and deal making. Clay prides himself on giving each unique property the attention it deserves, as well as having thorough knowledge of the markets he specializes in.

 

He is known for his involvement in every step of the transaction, from underwriting and qualifying buyers, to coordinating all inspections and ultimately closing escrow. Specializing in 1031 exchange transactions, Clay examines each of his clients’ return on investment and return on equity, allowing him to provide various opportunities for his clients to build wealth. Clay works with each individual

client’s goals in order to determine the best avenue to better their position, whether that be by exchanging them into larger multi-family buildings or helping them achieve the work-life balance they seek through a less management intensive assets.

 

Putting in over 80 hours a week, clients benefit from his tireless & relentless work ethic as well as his strong negotiation tactics that have proven to be the keys to his success in providing the best representation for his clients.

 

In his spare time Clay enjoys teaching guitar, golfing, surfing and traveling. He also enjoys partaking in community outreach and tries to assist in any way he can within his community.
